Shipping Policy

 

Processing time is 1-3 days

Shipping takes 2-7 days in the U.S. not including holidays or weekends. 

When using EXPRESS shipping (1-2 business days) please keep in mind those business days begin once your order is done processing/fulfilled. The same Policy applies to our regular shipping. 

The customer is in charge of putting the CORRECT ADDRESS, friendly reminder we do not know where you live so we will not know if it is correct or not. Please double check that your address is correct. We are not responsible if your goodies get sent to the wrong address. If a package is returned due to the address being incorrect on the purchasers behalf we will reach out via email to reconfirm your address. The purchaser will have a choice of paying the shipping fee to have it shipped to the correct address or a refund of the order minus the shipping fee and a restock fee of 20%. 

Damaged, lost, missing, and stolen packages

Chikknails LLC is not responsible for any damaged, lost, missing or stolen packages. If you haven't received your package after it's been marked delivered please file a claim with USPS. Call your carrier and get specific details about your delivery, check around your home and mailbox, and inquire your neighbor's. If a package is damaged during transit please contact your mail carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging and products, take plenty of pictures it will be very helpful when filing your claim. Chikknails LLC has no control over your packages once they are in transit.

If you're package is NOT INSURED we do not guarantee any specific outcome for it. We urge you to add insurance to your order if you are aware that your packages constantly get lost, stolen or damaged. 

Insured Packages

Chikknails LLC offers insurance at checkout. We recommend you add insurance if your placing a big order, live in a apartment complex where they tend to send back packages, or have package theft in your area. Without insurance we cannot guarantee that your package will be replaced/found. Insurance will insure that any lost, stolen or damaged packaged is replaced when a filing a claim with the USPS. To file a claim with USPS you may reach out to them via their website or (1-800-275-8777) We are also more then happy to help you file your claim if your package has been insured.
